They boast a great office culture, room for growth, and cross-training opportunities are available.\n\nSalary/Hourly Rate$22/hr\n\nPosition OverviewThe Operations Associate (Personal Loans) supports the end-to-end processing of personal loan applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of customer requests.

This role collaborates with underwriting, customer service, risk, and technology teams to deliver a seamless lending experience.

The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nResponsibilities Of The Operations Associate (Personal Loans)\n\n Process and review personal loan applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.\n Perform data entry, validation, and updates in loan origination and servicing systems.\n Conduct preliminary checks (KYC, income verification, credit bureau checks) in line with policy.\n Coordinate with underwriting and credit teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.\n Monitor application queues and turnaround times to meet service level agreements (SLAs).\n Support loan disbursement activities, including final verification and system setup.\n Handle post-disbursement operational tasks (repayment schedule setup, amendments, closures).\n Investigate and resolve operational issues, customer requests, and escalations promptly.\nRequired Experience/Skills For The Operations Associate (Personal Loans)\n\n 1 - 3 years of experience in operations, lending, banking, or financial services.\n Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\n Proficiency in data entry and working with loan origination or servicing systems.\nPreferred Experience/Skills For The Operations Associate (Personal Loans)\n\n Experience in personal lending or consumer finance.\n Familiarity with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.\n Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.\nEducation Requirements\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nBenefits\n\n Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).\n
