Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise data initiatives with a focus on Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Modelling. The ideal candidate will have strong program management experience, a solid understanding of enterprise data architecture, and domain expertise in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage enterprise data and transformation programs from planning through execution.

Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

Drive initiatives related to enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and governance.

Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Ensure alignment of data initiatives with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Program Management with large-scale enterprise initiatives.

Good understanding of Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Modeling concepts.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience managing cross-functional teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
