Position Summary & Responsibilities

In this role, your primary focus will be serving as a direct point of contact for incoming customer requests regarding account statuses, service features, and routine billing questions. You will verify caller identity to protect account privacy, input real-time updates into client records, and apply established solutions to common issues. Delivering courteous, efficient, and precise assistance on every contact is essential to maintaining high quality assurance scores and client retention metrics.

Qualifications & Workplace Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent credential is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to navigate computer databases while actively conversing on the phone. At least six months of customer-facing experience in customer service, retail, or administrative settings is desirable. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be capable of maintaining a quiet, distraction-free home workspace during shift hours.

Technical Equipment & System Specifications

Required technology for this role includes a desktop computer or laptop meeting basic system memory standards, up-to-date antivirus protection, and a reliable broadband internet connection (Cable or Fiber). Mobile hotspots and shared public wireless networks are strictly prohibited for security reasons. A professional USB noise-canceling headset is required, and dual monitors are strongly recommended to facilitate smooth workflow management.
