Job Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room or Emergency Department nursing experience

Strong assessment, triage, and rapid-response clinical skills

Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced hospital environment

Current certifications and onboarding requirements completed as assigned

Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to Emergency Department patients with diverse acuity levels

Perform patient assessments, monitor condition changes, and escalate concerns promptly

Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols

Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Support triage, stabilization, and patient flow in a busy ED setting

Maintain accurate documentation and deliver safe, compassionate patient care
