Job Requirements
Active RN license with recent Emergency Room or Emergency Department experience
At least 1 year of recent acute care nursing or emergency nursing experience
Current clinical competence in ED workflows, triage, rapid patient assessment, and emergency care
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and adapt to dynamic patient volume in a busy hospital environment
Strong communication, prioritization, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Completion of required onboarding health, compliance, and competency documentation
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions in the emergency department
Perform timely assessments, interventions, and ongoing monitoring in a fast-paced ED setting
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support safe, efficient patient care
Document patient care accurately and maintain adherence to clinical, safety, and hospital standards
Respond calmly and effectively to changing patient needs and priorities throughout the shift
Support a positive, patient-focused environment in a high-acuity emergency care setting
