Job Profile Summary
To analyse credit data and support client relationship management by assessing risk, identifying cross-sell opportunities and preparing credit proposals to enable informed lending decisions and strengthen overall client portfolio performance.
Are you someone who can:
Analyse client financial and non-financial information to assess credit risk and support lending decisions
Prepare structured credit proposals and supporting documentation for review by Credit Support
Assess client affordability, cash flow and financial position to determine risk exposure and recommend outcomes
Maintain accurate and compliant client credit files, documentation and records in line with governance requirements
Identify cross-sell opportunities across relevant products to maximise portfolio value and client profitability
Support relationship managers by providing analytical insights to strengthen client engagement and retention
Monitor client accounts, utilisation trends and risk indicators and escalate potential concerns
Assist in compiling portfolio reports and updates to support management decision-making
Engage with internal stakeholders including Risk, Credit and Operations to ensure alignment on client solutions
Ensure all credit assessments comply with policies, risk appetite and regulatory requirements
Respond to queries relating to client applications, credit assessments and portfolio performance within agreed timelines
Support continuous improvement of processes, tools and methodologies within the credit and relationship environment
You will be an ideal candidate if you meet the below minimum requirements:
Relevant Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
2–4 years’ experience in credit analysis, banking operations or relationship support roles environments.
Credit assessment and financial analysis
Client relationship support and portfolio management
Risk identification and mitigation
Cross-sell and product knowledge within banking environments
