IT Help Desk Technicians

We have requirement for IT Help Desk Technicians for NYC and JC to provide on-call support for IT-related issues, specifically supporting users from a banking/trading floor environment. They will be calling for generic computer problems, application support, etc.

Please find the key requirements below:

• Candidates should have experience in Help Desk / IT Support, including generic computer issues and application support.

• Experience supporting users in a banking/trading floor environment is preferred.

• Candidates should have knowledge of computer hardware, virtualization, IP networking, and DNS-related issues.

• Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc. is required.

• Candidates should be willing to work night shifts and rotational shifts, as required.

• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.

• Candidates must be polite, customer-centric, accountable, and capable of working effectively under pressure
