Looking for a fast-paced environment with high earning potential? Sirens Entertainment & Sports Bar is hiring sharp, reliable bartenders to join our team.

What We Offer:

• Solid Income Potential: Earn an average of ~$300+ per shift (base pay + tips).

• Flexible Scheduling: Day, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts available with both full-time and part-time options.

• High-Volume Atmosphere: Stay active and thrive in one of Columbus’s most exciting nightlife venues.

• Proficiency with POS systems (experience with platforms like Aloha, MicroSale, Toast, or similar systems preferred).

Requirements:

• Dependable, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced nightlife setting.

• Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude.

• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.

• Prior bartending or high-volume nightlife experience is preferred.

• Guest Services: Promptly and warmly welcome guests, present food and beverage options, answer questions, and deliver orders accurately with attentive, exceptional service.

• Teamwork & Collaboration: Partner closely with fellow bartenders, cocktail servers, floor security, and management to ensure smooth shift operations, seamless communication, and overall guest safety.

• Ability to stand, walk, and maintain mobility throughout an 8-hour shift.

• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle a minimum of 20 lbs regularly.
