Construction Laborer / Skilled Trades - $20–$30 per Hour + Overtime

$20–$30 per hour, plus overtime

Starting pay is based on your experience and demonstrated ability.

Every new employee completes a two-week field-validation period. We want to see what you can actually do-not just what is written on your application.

After that, your progress and pay are reviewed on a clear schedule:

After your first 14 days

On Day 45

On Day 90

Every 90 days after that

LMG builds complete outdoor-living spaces throughout Central Ohio.

Our projects may include:

Fiberglass and Biodesign pools

Paver patios and walkways

Retaining walls and outdoor kitchens

Poured and stamped concrete

Wood and composite decks

Fencing, pergolas, pavilions, and outdoor structures

Drainage, grading, and excavation

Landscape installation

Lighting, irrigation, and specialty outdoor systems

You do not need to know how to do everything.

We are interested in experienced tradespeople, equipment operators, and hardworking entry-level candidates who want to learn.Equipment Opportunities

Depending on your experience and role, you may operate or train on:

Company trucks and trailers

Skid steers and compact track loaders

Mini-excavators

Saws, compactors, and specialty construction tools
