Cruise Planner

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Cruise Planner to join our network of travel experts. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals with a deep love for travel, strong sales acumen, and a commitment to creating seamless, customized travel experiences for clients. As a planner, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while curating unforgettable trips tailored to clients' preferences and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with Clients: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.

Plan & Book Travel: Research, plan, and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities for clients.

Provide Personalized Itineraries: Design customized travel itineraries that align with clients’ interests and needs.

Offer Expert Advice: Stay updated on travel trends, destination insights, and industry policies to offer informed recommendations.

Handle Logistics & Support: Assist clients with travel documentation, visas, and insurance, and provide ongoing support before, during, and after their trip.

Build & Maintain Relationships: Develop a loyal client base through excellent service and follow-ups.

Market Travel Services: Promote travel packages and special deals through social media, networking, and referrals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a travel consultant, travel agent, or a related role (preferred but not required).

Strong knowledge of global destinations, travel suppliers, and booking platforms.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients efficiently.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close bookings and increase revenue.

Proficiency in using travel booking systems and online research tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
