Triunity Software is looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements

Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub

Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance to ensure system stability

Create and manage ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting within ServiceNow

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

Detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement
