Our location in Le Center, Mn has an open position for Cutter Technician 4:45pm-2:45am Monday-Friday.

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operators to support our fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll operate both automated and manual cutting equipment to ensure every product meets our high quality standards. What You'll Do

Set up production equipment — Prepare cutters and manual lines according to product specifications.

Complete safety inspections — Verify guarding, e-stops, and safety devices before operation.

Perform changeovers — Adjust inline cutters, outfeed conveyors, and merge tables for new products.

Track product identity — Maintain accurate lot numbers and documentation.

Ensure product quality — Verify slice count, cut accuracy, and final appearance before packaging.

Follow GMPs — Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all food safety standards.

Work safely — Adhere to all safety rules and procedures.

What You Bring

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

6 months–1 year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience

Strong manual dexterity and motor skills

Solid eye-hand coordination and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

Fast-moving production floor with both manual and automated equipment

Temperature varies by season—dress appropriately

Chemical handling required for sanitation processes

Exposure to common food allergens, including milk, soy, wheat, egg, tree nuts, and peanuts
