Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform customizations

Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server-side scripts

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Develop and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs

Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities

Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and incidents

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules

Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations within the ServiceNow platform

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
