Project Executive / Sector Lead - Higher Education Construction

This leading Tri State area GC have a 30-year history of delivering commercial, retail, education and institutional projects to a loyal client base.

They are currently looking for a Project Executive to head up the institutional arm of their business, overseeing, mentoring and developing a team of Senior PM's, PM's and APM's, delivering a range of projects for universities, private schools and cultural clients, and spearheading their continued growth in the sector.

They are looking for a Project Executive or a Senior PM who has experience managing a team of Senior PM's, PM's and APM's (ideally 6+ direct reports), who can own schedule, budget, change management and risk on several live projects, and who has demonstrable experience in the institutional/education projects (ideally 3+ relevant projects/client relationships).

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Exec/Senior PM with the requisite technical and leadership qualities to take ownership of a business sector within a thriving construction firm.
