IBC Location - Flexible CPI required BHT/ or CNA w/ psych exp

Complete Description: 310 East 4th Avenue Boulder, MT

A background of behavioral technicians, Developmental Disability, CPI (not required but will need to train at the facility and understand that is what we use every day)

Shift Requirements:

Prefer Open Shift Availability

Float Pool

Experience with Adult Psych facilities Required

Highly skilled in De-Escalation

Certified Nurse Aides(CNAs)assist residents with daily living activities. Responsibilities include:

Assisting the residents with basic hygiene such as bathing, oral hygiene, and dressing

Performing health related tasks such as taking and recording vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting in emergency situations

Transports the residents to appointments assisting as needed

Qualifications for this Career Opportunity:

Ability to communicate information and follow instructions explicitly both orally and in writing

Ability to make observations and report/record accurately

Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, maintaining them over time

Basic knowledge of personal hygiene

Meet minimum qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification

Two years of job-related experience working with other people in a healthcare setting or group home

Skills:

Montana CNA Certification - Required

Min 2 years experience in Psych Facility - Required - 2 - Years

CPI Certification - Highly desired

1 year of Travel contract experience - Required - 1 - Years
