Licenses/Certs: Active Nurse Practitioner license, DEA, BLS; Hem Onc experience (3-5 years) required
Experience: 3-5 years Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (competitive based on experience and market)

What You’ll Do:
Manage and follow a full panel of hematology-oncology patients
Conduct treatment visits, follow-ups, and new patient assessments
Coordinate care for complex patients with co-morbidities
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team
Follow established protocols for outpatient infusion therapies
Document patient care efficiently in electronic health records
Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments
What You Need:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana
3-5 years of Hematology/Oncology experience
Strong assessment and care coordination skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
BLS certification required; Hem Onc experience highly preferred
