This is not an entry-level coordination role. You will become an integral part of the project leadership team, gain exposure to both field and financial operations, and receive the mentorship needed to progress toward Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager.

Ideal Background

Approximately three or more years of commercial construction experience

Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, higher education, municipal, or other complex commercial projects

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred

Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and project documentation

Motivated to take on greater responsibility and progress into project management
