As a Locksmith Technician, you'll travel to residential and commercial customer locations to provide locksmith and security services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

Install residential and commercial locks, hardware, and security devices

Repair and maintain locks and security systems

Respond to emergency lockout service calls

Rekey locks and replace damaged hardware

Diagnose and troubleshoot lock and security issues

Recommend security upgrades based on customer needs

Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism

Maintain accurate job records and inventory

Keep tools and equipment organized and operational

Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members

Follow company safety procedures

Participate in ongoing training and professional developmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Reliable personal vehicle

Strong mechanical aptitude

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently

Strong time management skills

Own a basic set of hand and power tools

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to pass a background check

Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and mobile apps

Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation when needed

Desire to learn and grow professionallyPreferred Qualifications

Previous locksmith experience

Experience installing and repairing locks

Experience in field service or skilled tradesSchedule

Full-Time

Approximately 40 hours per week

8-hour shifts

Schedule varies based on customer demand

Overtime opportunities available
