Associate Proposal Manager

Vantor is seeking an Associate Proposal Manager to support our Defense & Aerospace Proposal Management & Coordination team.

In this role, you will organize and manage proposal development activities, coordinate inputs from technical, pricing, and delivery teams, and ensure compliant, compelling responses to RFPs.

You will track schedules, maintain proposal content libraries, and support color reviews.

Ideal candidates have strong writing, organization, and collaboration skills.
