Uncommon Schools seeks an Apprentice Teacher to support high-quality, college-preparatory instruction in our K-12 classrooms.

As an Apprentice Teacher, you will work closely with a lead teacher to deliver rigorous lessons, support small-group instruction, and maintain a structured, joyful classroom environment.

You will assist with grading, data collection, and analysis to drive student achievement.

Through frequent coaching, observations, and professional development, you will build the skills and knowledge to grow into a full-time teaching role while advancing educational equity in underserved communities.
