Power BI Developer

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights.

Create complex DAX queries and functions in Power BI.

Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.

Deploy creative visual interaction tools for different metrics.

Proven expertise in the entire Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, AI Builder, etc.

Provide architecture recommendations to manage Power BI workspaces.

Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis.

Create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations.

Make technical changes to existing BI systems in order to enhance their functioning.

Must Have

4+ years of relevant experience with the above job duties for an Intermediate Power BI Developer

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or related fields.

Certification in MS Power BI and Power Apps Suite is needed.

Good creative and communication skills – Ability to influence and recommend visualizations to the senior leadership teams.

Ability to create complex SQL queries to join multiple tables/data is absolutely needed.

Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.

Nice to Have

Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.

Understanding of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.

Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
