We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company information and records.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Organize and maintain electronic files and records.

Verify data and correct errors or inconsistencies when identified.

Perform regular data checks and updates.

Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and documents when required.

Follow established procedures and meet assigned deadlines.

Communicate with team members regarding missing or unclear information.

Complete other administrative data-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good typing and computer skills.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer for remote work.

Previous data entry or administrative experience is an advantage but may not be required.
