Job Description

Lead on-site delivery of large K-12 construction projects. Partner with Project Managers to drive schedule and execution. Manage subcontractors, site safety, and daily operations. Oversee sequencing, logistics, and workforce planning. Maintain client, architect, and stakeholder relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

5+ years as a Superintendent on ground-up projects

Experience in K-12, multifamily, or commercial construction

Proven ability to lead teams and control jobsite delivery

Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills

Understanding of scheduling, safety, and project execution
