• Execute installations and major repairs for pre-sold, pre-scheduled jobs.

• Focus purely on craftsmanship, quality work, and jobsite safety without pricing responsibilities.

Residential Service Plumber (Diagnostics & Sales Focus)

• Run diagnostic calls, identify residential plumbing issues, and present solution options to homeowners.

• Hand off approved installation work to our dedicated installer team.

Full-Cycle Residential Plumber (Highest Earning Potential)

• Manage service calls end-to-end—from initial diagnosis and sales presentation through completed repair or installation.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and new installations.

• Deliver professional, friendly, and honest communication to homeowners.

• Operate dispatched jobs efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Keep your company-provided vehicle clean, stocked, and well-maintained.

• Coordinate seamlessly with our office dispatch and operations team.

Qualifications & Requirements

License: Active Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber).

Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience.

Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and deep knowledge of Texas residential plumbing codes.

Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and proud of clean, quality craftsmanship.
