Job Description

The Millwright Mechanic will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery to ensure smooth operations within a small maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this position focuses on equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and system testing with a strong emphasis on safety and system reliability. The ideal candidate brings extensive mechanical expertise and CNC knowledge to troubleshoot, install, and maintain complex machinery within a safety-conscious environment. Responsibilities

Perform equipment repair and preventive maintenance tasks

Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic systems

Execute welding and machinery installation projects

Interpret blueprints to guide mechanical work

Ensure safety compliance in all maintenance activities

Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition

Conduct system testing to verify functionality

Document maintenance work and system updates

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in CNC machinery operation and maintenance a plus

Ability to read and interpret blueprints
