***Pay up to $35/hour *We pay 100% for additional mechanical education *Safety Driven Culture *Great Benefits and Vacation Day 1 *Sign on Bonus - $2500 *Shift commitment Bonus +$2 per hour (40-perfect attendance) *Opportunity to earn quarterly incentive bonus up to $750** ***Referral Bonus up to $2500 *Weekly Pay *8 hour shifts available** REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's Degree in a maintenance or technical field preferred2 Years in Industrial Maintenance ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE: • Carry out repairs to all types of equipment and facilities in a safe, timely and professional manner • Troubleshoot defective equipment in order to isolate causes and make repairs • Follow instructions given by Maintenance supervisor on shift • Complete daily walk through inspections on equipment in assigned area • Complete run time and down time PM’s on equipment in assigned areas • Track time through work order completion • Assist with troubleshooting production process issues as needed • Keep all work areas clean and tidy – including tools & tool box • Update supervision, staff and operators, both verbally and via written reports, on the status of equipment maintenance issues • Promote a team environment • Work in a safety-first manner while adhering to all LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space and Environmental policies • Respond to internal & external customers in a timely manner
