Role Description The LMS Instructional Designer at RevDojo is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging online learning experiences for automotive sales professionals. This role involves conducting needs analysis, collaborating with subject matter experts to transform content into interactive e-learning modules, and organizing materials within the learning management system (LMS). The LMS Instructional Designer will create curricula, course outlines, and assessments, while ensuring that training materials align with business goals and adult learning principles. The role includes monitoring learner engagement and performance data, making iterative improvements to courses, and providing support for trainers and learners using the LMS.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Needs Analysis and Training & Development to identify learning gaps and define effective solutions.
Proficiency in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development to create structured, outcome-focused learning programs.
Experience with Learning Management systems and online Learning Management processes to administer, track, and optimize digital training.
Ability to apply adult learning principles, e-learning best practices, and multimedia design to create engaging content.
Familiarity with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar) and basic understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in automotive sales, dealership operations, or corporate sales training is a plus.
