Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and behavioral health services in a school-based and outpatient setting

Conduct 30-minute therapy sessions

Complete behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide crisis intervention and emergency behavioral health support when necessary

Collaborate with physicians, school staff, case managers, and behavioral health professionals

Maintain accurate documentation within an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

Support patients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, and substance abuse issues

Qualifications

Required

Active Florida RCSW Intern license in good standing

Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of behavioral health treatment planning

Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Preferred

School-based counseling experience

Substance abuse/addictions counseling background

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Experience working with multicultural populations
