We’re looking for experienced Bookkeepers who know how to keep financials clean, organized, and accurate — without constant supervision.

If you have solid experience supporting U.S.-based clients, understand bookkeeping fundamentals, and can confidently manage AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reports, this could be your next long-term remote opportunity.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

️ Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience supporting U.S.-based clients

️ Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online

️ Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and bookkeeping practices

️ Experience managing AP, AR, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, & financial reporting

️ Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills

️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

️ Ability to identify discrepancies before they become problems

️ Strong English communication skills

️ Organized, reliable, and able to work independently remotely
