Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Salary Up to $85,000 + Benefits + Bonuses in SE USA

A stable, multi-site wood manufacturing leader seeks a high-potential Production Supervisor for a key Southeast location. Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, you will manage green end or dry end operations. We want a driven, teachable leader with clear potential for rapid upward career growth.

Key Responsibilities for this Production Supervisor:

• Shift Leadership: Supervise, coach, and mentor production teams in a high-performing environment

• Daily Operations: Oversee green end or dry end manufacturing to hit safety and volume targets

• Equipment Optimization: Troubleshoot machinery and implement solutions to maximize performance

• Continuous Improvement: Take personal ownership of strategic plant improvement initiatives.

Minimum required qualifications for this Production Supervisor position:

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing plant

• Highly preferred: experience in the wood manufacturing industry

• Leadership traits needed: detail-oriented, driven, teachable, and growth-minded.
