Description:

Title: HR Assistant with Driving

Location: West Yarmouth, MA

Duration: 0-7+ Months

Shift: 10AM to 6PM ( M-F)

Pay Rate: 30.50/Hour

Job Duties:

Provide support in functional areas of Human Resources including recruitment, employment, employee relations, ATS/VMS support, and workforce planning projects

Collaborate with hiring managers and region/country/corporate HR teams to provide ATS/VMS support and run reports

Support HR groups with administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-up with MSP and HR teams

Submit and manage requisitions in the UPS Vendor Management System (VMS), IQNavigator (IQN) for contingent worker needs

Contact hiring managers for additional information regarding approved requisitions

Troubleshoot system-related issues and provide guidance to end users

Respond to inquiries and act as subject matter expert for HR teams and external candidates regarding system setup and related issues

Provide training to system end users and process owners

Communicate system information to HR and hiring teams

Develop reporting data elements for workforce planning initiatives and reduce ad hoc reporting

Create and distribute reports related to requisition, recruiting, and hiring activities

Review resumes and identify candidates meeting basic job qualifications

Forward selected resumes to hiring managers for review

Follow up with hiring managers regarding selected candidates and interview results

Conduct HR fit phone interviews with candidates

Coordinate candidate assessments with local HR contacts

Coordinate functional interviews with hiring managers

Travel in personal vehicle on an as-needed basis

Work approximately 40 hours per week and overtime as needed while remaining flexible to locations and district assignments

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field

Recruitment experience

Effective communication skills

Knowledge of employment laws

Experience supporting Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS)

Ability to collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers

Ability to run reports and manage workforce planning data

Ability to travel in personal vehicle as needed

Flexibility to work overtime and different district assignments as required
