This is a full-time sales position where you’ll be working with restaurants in your area. You’ll be visiting them, showing them our online platform, and helping them get started with it. Basically, you’re helping restaurants see the value in what we offer—and getting rewarded for it.
Hours and Pay:
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, so it’s a regular workweek.
Pay starts at $20 per hour for the hours you work.
On top of that, there’s bonus potential in a few different ways:
Personal goals: Hit your individual targets, and you earn extra.
Personal ranking: Be a top performer, like #1 in sales for the week, and earn more.
Team goals: When your group hits certain milestones, everyone shares in a bonus.
We’ll go over all the bonus details in training, and they can change a bit as our sales model evolves.
What you’ll be doing:
Visiting restaurants in your assigned area.
Showing them our platform and closing sales.
Planning your own routes—you’re in charge of how you get things done.
Logging all your visits and results in our app.
Meeting weekly activity and performance goals.
What we’re looking for:
Someone fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
Strong communication skills—you need to connect with people easily.
Sales experience is a must. Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus.
And if you live outside the GTA, you’ll need a car.
