Job Description:
1. Lead brand visual design, including logo development, brand extensions, and mascot design, to build a strong and recognizable brand identity.
2. Create high-quality marketing materials such as campaign posters, banners, social media creatives, and ad visuals, with a focus on conversion performance.
3. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism across all channels.
4. Design visuals aligned with Philippine market preferences, ensuring strong local appeal.
5. Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver creative assets based on campaign and advertising needs.
6. Continuously analyze competitors and industry trends to enhance visual direction and creative output.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic or brand design, with mandatory experience in iGaming / gambling / entertainment industry.
2. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with strong visual design fundamentals.
3. Proven experience in logo and mascot design, with the ability to independently develop brand concepts.
4. Familiar with Philippine market aesthetics and user preferences, capable of delivering localized designs.
5. Strong marketing mindset, with the ability to create visuals that drive engagement and conversion.
6. Strong execution and communication skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
