Hybrid flexibility may be available after successful onboarding and discussion with the team, but the ideal candidate is comfortable being primarily in office.
Note: CPA license and 3+ years of public accounting audit experience are required. Remote work is not available for this role.

Job Description
Lead audit engagements through planning, fieldwork, review, and wrap-up
Supervise, coach, and develop audit associates, senior associates, and supervisors
Review workpapers, financial statements, footnote disclosures, and audit conclusions
Apply GAAP, GAAS, and audit methodology to complex client situations
Identify accounting issues, research technical guidance, and prepare supporting memos
Advise clients on internal controls, financial reporting, regulatory risks, and process improvements
Communicate audit findings and required matters to management, audit committees, and those charged with governance
Manage client relationships, expectations, budgets, timelines, billing, and engagement profitability
Support business development, networking, and growth within your area of expertise
Help create a positive team environment through training, feedback, and hands-on leadership Qualifications
CPA license required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required
3+ years of public accounting audit experience required
5+ years of public accounting experience preferred
Prior supervisory or audit team leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, audit methodology, internal controls, and financial reporting
Ability to manage multiple engagements, deadlines, client relationships, and team members
Strong communication, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working on-site in the Dublin, OH area with local client travel as needed Why You Will Love Working Here
