We are looking for motivated and professional individuals to join our remote benefits team. This role focuses on helping individuals and families who have requested information about available benefit programs and guiding them through the next steps.
As a Benefits Representative, you will meet with clients virtually, explain benefit options in a clear and simple way, answer questions, and help them complete the process online. Full training is provided, so previous industry experience is not required.
Responsibilities
Connect with individuals who requested benefit information
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
Answer client questions and provide guidance
Assist with online applications and documentation
Follow up with clients by phone, email, or video
Maintain accurate client records
Participate in remote training and team meetings
