This is a work-from-home opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, explaining information clearly, and providing a positive client experience. Full training is provided, so prior experience is not required.
Responsibilities
Speak with clients by phone, video, and email
Help schedule and confirm virtual appointments
Review benefit information with individuals and families
Answer questions in a clear and professional way
Assist clients with basic online forms and documentation
Follow up with clients in a timely manner
Maintain organized client records
Participate in ongoing training and team development
Work remotely using phone, computer, and online tools
