We are looking for reliable, friendly individuals to join a remote team focused on helping members get connected with the right support and information.

This opportunity is a good fit for someone who enjoys speaking with people, staying organized, following up, and managing appointments from home. You will be communicating with members who have requested information, helping them schedule virtual meetings, confirming appointment details, answering basic questions, and making sure each person has a smooth experience through the process.

No previous experience is required. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Daily Responsibilities

Contact members who have requested information

Schedule virtual appointments by phone, video, and online tools

Confirm appointment times and provide reminders

Answer basic questions in a clear and professional manner

Help members understand the next steps in the process

Follow up with members who need additional assistance

Keep appointment notes and records organized

Update basic information in the system

Manage daily communication and scheduling tasks

Use digital tools to track appointments and follow-ups

Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
