Responsibilities

Communicate with credit union members through phone, video, and online tools

Guide members through available benefit options in a clear and professional manner

Assist with enrollment steps and basic digital forms

Respond to questions and provide ongoing support

Manage appointments, follow-ups, and daily workflow efficiently

Build strong relationships through professional service and communication

Maintain accurate records and follow required compliance standards

Participate in training, coaching, and leadership development
