Benefits Representative (Work From Home)

As a Benefits Representative, you will work with clients who have requested information about available benefit programs. Your role will be to connect with them, schedule virtual appointments, explain their options, answer questions, and help guide them through the online process.

No previous industry experience is required. Full training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

Connect with clients who have requested information about benefits

Schedule and confirm virtual appointments

Review available benefit options in a clear and professional way

Answer client questions and provide helpful guidance

Assist with online forms and account updates

Maintain accurate records and client notes

Follow up with clients as needed

Participate in team training and development sessions
