A stunning luxury coastal reserve in the Western Cape is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lodge Management Couple to join their team. This is an incredible opportunity for hospitality professionals who love delivering memorable guest experiences while living and working in one of South Africa's most beautiful natural environments.

What We're Looking For

Both Candidates Should Have:

Minimum 5 years' experience within luxury 5-star hospitality environments

Valid driver's licence and own transport

Strong leadership, organisational and time-management skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities and initiative

Ability to work independently and as a team

Warm, professional personalities with exceptional guest engagement skills

Management Role 1: Guide & Operations

Requirements:

Level 1 Marine Guide Qualification preferred (or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of employment)

All guiding qualifications current and valid

First Aid Level 1 certification

Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills

Outstanding hosting and guest interaction abilities

Basic HR knowledge

Valid PDP

Fluent in spoken and written English

Management Role 2: Lodge Operations & Guest Experience

Requirements:

Exceptional hosting and guest relations skills

Well-rounded lodge operations experience advantageous

PAN knowledge essential

Computer literate (MS Office)

Strong administrative and organisational abilities

Basic HR knowledge

Fluent in spoken and written English

Driver's licence advantageous
