What you'll do
Fabrication
Fabricate trailer components using punch presses, press brakes, shears, iron workers, laser cutters. drill press, hand tools and power tools
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to build parts to spec
Work collaboratively with your team to hit daily production goals
Work mandatory overtime when production schedules require it Measurement & Quality
Use measuring instruments — including combination squares, tape measures, protractors, sheet metal gauge disks, calipers, and micrometers — to verify parts meet specifications
Apply basic math skills to calculate dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements
Maintain legible handwriting for accurate documentation and sign-offs
Use basic computer skills to log production data and review job instructions Safety & Communication
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
Follow all company and departmental safety rules without exception
Communicate openly and clearly with co-workers and supervisors about production or quality concerns What we're looking for
Must be 18 years of age or older
Reliable, dependable, and ready to work every day
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Good visual acuity and attention to detail
A team player with clear, open communication skills
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus — not required
