This is the problem Art Fuller has organized his professional life around solving. Fuller is an educator, publisher, doctoral researcher, and the founder of a learning and research network called Make the Difference, operating out of Indianapolis, Indiana, under the auspices of Voice Up Publishing and J Ellington Publishing.
