Director of Benefits - $130-150K + Bonus – Consumer Products Manufacturing - The successful candidate will play a key strategic leadership role in health, welfare, flexible spending and retirement benefits programs. Will be responsible for reviewing programs, recommending modifications, and ensuring achievement of competitive market position. Will lead the development, administration, and communication of benefits policies and programs for both salaried and hourly employees. Will manage, develop and mentor a team as well as be responsible for vendor relationships, M&A and compliance. This is a high visibility role that works with and influences senior management on benefit plans design and policy opportunities.

BS degree required - Masters degree a plus. Need a true BENEFITS PROFESSIONAL (Not Compensation & Benefits) - 10 + yrs experience in benefits, including wellness and retirement plans - Any industry. Consumer Goods manufacturing a plus, as is experience with both Unions and Non-Unions. Solid knowledge of benefits laws and regulations (ERISA law and regulations, IRC and SEC regulations that relate to DB and DC plans and FMLA, USERRA and other laws relating to leaves and vacations.) Must have a strong proven track record / accomplishments listed on resume. Person can come from ANY industry.
