We are seeking a dynamic General Manager with exceptional leadership ability, strong operational expertise, and a passion for delivering unforgettable luxury safari experiences. This role is perfectly suited to a hands-on leader who thrives in remote environments and is driven by excellence, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Leading:

Full operational management of a world-class luxury lodge

Exceptional guest experiences and five-star service delivery

Leadership, mentorship, and development of a high-performing team

Financial performance, budgeting, and strategic planning

Sustainability, conservation, and community initiatives

Strong relationships with guests, travel partners, VIPs, and stakeholders

Operational efficiency, infrastructure, and quality control across the property

Staff culture, training, and team motivation in a remote environment

️ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience as a General Manager or Senior Lodge Manager within a luxury five-star lodge environment

• Proven leadership experience managing remote hospitality operations

• Strong background in hospitality operations, finance, and people management

• Qualification in Hospitality or Business Management advantageous

• Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

• Strong financial acumen and operational planning ability

• Professional, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach
