Administrative Assistant Cum Receptionist

The Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist shall provide administrative and clerical support to the Administration department. She shall act as a general office assistant and perform receptionist role from time to time.

On a day-to-day basis, the Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist shall be responsible to do the following tasks:

1. Assist the Admin. Department in monitoring the Timekeeping Record of Employees.

2. Schedule the use of office conference/ meeting rooms..

3. File the necessary cash advance form for HR & Admin. Department and ensure these are liquidated within 2 weeks from end of application.

4. Make sure that all business forms needed are available for employee consumption.

5. Man the reception area and receive calls, guests, or deliveries.

6. Keep logs of all visitors including couriers.

7. Other administrative tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.


Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in a reputable school

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.

With above average presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.

Must be confident and knows how to relate with all levels in the organization.

With very good time-management and organizational skills.

Single female is prefered.

21-28 year old.

Currently residing at nearby or within Quezon City.
