This role is responsible for the following:
Ensure the timely processing of customer orders,
Manage customer price, delivery, order quantities
Monitor and track progress of production of parts
Liaise with Operations internally to ensure all activities are carried out on time
Ensures quality to meet the customer’s expectations.
Troubleshoot and solve problems, make informed decisions
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Constant communication and follow up with customers.
Intermediate skill level on Microsoft Office software
Exposure in a precision machining environment
2-5 years’ experience as a Program Manager (Customer Accounts Liason) in the Aerospace or defense industries
2-5 year’s proven project management experience.
Ability to understand engineering drawings.
