The Opening Aura is creating a new role of Operations Manager that will aid the CEO in growing/running the business. Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager will create and manage strategies as well as develop a business plan while managing day-to-day operations across the firm.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

The OM will work closely with the CEO in developing the firm’s business plan and budget which reflect the vision, goals and strategies as well as taking the lead role in executing/reporting the plans.

He or she will be responsible for a number of processes across Aura, working closely with other leaders and teams across a number of departments and functions including:


Human resources


Project delivery

Client reporting and analytics

Data Center team

Internal reporting and metrics



Compliance, risk management and legal

The OM will also work collaboratively with individual clients and marketing teams to ensure operational and technological support as well as risk management are at exceptional standards.


Aura is seeking an experienced veteran with strong leadership skills. Candidates must have a track record of building effective teams, working across a number of functional areas, implementing consistent policies, internal controls and processes, and executing against plans. While, we are open to candidates from a variety of industries and roles, it would be beneficial for candidates to have a strong knowledge of Information Technologies and related services and global operating experience in a COO or similar role.
