Trilyon Inc is seeking a Business Development Manager for its global staffing and IT consulting company. This position is based in Bangalore, India with the option to work from home. We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of establishing new clients in the US.
• Develop and implement a lead generation approach, cultivating our existing clients and contacts as well as your personal network and cold calling skills
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet/exceed sales targets
• Identify opportunities for account expansion; and upsell additional services
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and/or sales, preferably in the staffing or professional services industry
• Proven track record in sales with history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets or quotas for net new business
• Highly motivated, professional, results oriented self-starter
• People person; strong interpersonal skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently; excellent time management
• Experience in recruiting a plus
