Duties include but not limited to:
Under the supervision of the Vice President, the Director of Performance Improvement manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management (PM) and quality improvement (QI) programs are developed and managed. Using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to Crestwood’s ongoing Initiatives, the Director develops, implements, evaluates and sustains the PMQI process. Also, assures program efficiencies and effectiveness, participates in strategic planning and provides leadership for PMQI policy development.
•A minimum of a Bachelor Degree; Masters preferred.
•Experience working in health care, social services and mental health – provider relations, administration and delivery systems.
•Ability to analyze statistical data.
•At least 5 years of experience in Performance Management and Quality Improvement.
