Oversee advertising, screening, phone interviewing of potential Employees

Organising the whole recruitment process

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Management

Hiring, giving warnings and firing

Does what it takes and prepared to make the tough calls (eg. firing, etc)

Overseeing all Staff

Fill in for CEO & Director when they are away

Long hours and treats like their own

Qualified Applicants

Great English communication skills.

Applicants must be willing to start working at 5am Philippine time and may stay back to suit business requirements

Willing to work overtime
